FY 2011-2012 TIFA Facade Improvement Program Funds Available

Through the Facade Improvement Program, grant funding is available for the purpose of encouraging exterior building façade improvements within the TIFA district. A reimbursement of up to 50% of eligible expenses is available per property up to a maximum grant award of $10,000.00.
Interested applicants must submit their application and supporting documentation to the City of Hillsdale Economic Development office on or before March 1, 2011 for consideration of approval at the regularly scheduled April meeting of the TIFA Board. Applications submitted after that time will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Facade Improvement Program Guidelines.
